Shipping and handling charges are included in MedActive product prices when purchased directly from us online or by phone and shipped within the Continental United States. All online orders will be shipped utilizing UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail services. Any other shipping methods can be arranged by calling MedActive Customer Service toll free at 1-866-887-4867, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
Shipping Options
MedActive offers three shipping methods: (1) Standard Shipping, (2) 2nd Day, and (3) Next Day, by our affilated shipping couriers:
 
(1) Standard Shipping is applied to all online and phone orders at time of purchase. Standard Shipping utilizes U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.
(2) 2nd Day is available only by phone orders. 2nd Day Shipping utilizes USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day Service) or UPS 2nd Day Air.
(3) Next Day is available only by phone orders. Next Day Shipping utilizes USPS Express Mail (Overnight Service) or UPS Next Day Air (Overnight Service).
Shipping Methods and Arrival Times
Online/Phone Orders
MedActive online or phone orders are shipped by our affiliated couriers to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. All International orders must be made by phone, Monday-Friday 9pm-5pm EST. Shipping charges are applied at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are based on size of order, weight and location. Free Shipping Specials only apply to orders that are shipped to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. All online orders are subject to additional handling charges at the time of purchase.
International Orders
MedActive will ship orders to International locations upon request, via USPS or UPS. All International orders must be made by phone, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
